I think you have to start with the last post since they might have been posted ierarhically inverse! If Torrent Portals were made possible to make life better for people who never had a chance to get the things they wanted because of corporate monopoly and unfairness, maybe this will also be possible for people who want a world where things could improve our life styles and diminish crime and poverty.

This is just a rough Alpha project, but whoever feels capable of giving it life might actually make something unique that could prove to be more efficient than the current political systems that govern us today. Also being Open Source means that people will get involved as they are the only ones who can make a difference and make their ideas heard and applied for a better future.
In other words, people will directly influence how things run in their country, removing the corrupt politicians, leaders and other abusers. The public institutes will be directly managed and paid through the portal, meaning that they will function as they should in society without neglecting the citizen’s needs. The portal must be a simple tool that people can interact and shape/customize and improve their own governing system, without having to suffer the consequence of flawed and ill-intende administrators.

Also the portal must include a transparent tax system to show where all the money goes and how it is being spent. Maybe even the idea of replacing the monetary system with the Bitcoin one, in time, would not be a bad idea either.
The Idea: Create an On-Line Government Portal where everything is “Transparent” and where only people can propose, improve, vote decisions and laws to make their country safe and healthy. This means that whoever administrates the portal will have to make the code open source so others can join and improve the system to avoid or prevent future issues. There will be no leaders to take decisions on how the site is governed; only citizens will interact as direct users, law enforcers and financial aI have project for anyone who thinks we need a change in the political world. Keep in mind that this is a prototype idea, so you guys can take it as an Open Source Project and develop it into something extraordinary. I don’t possess the technical capacity to put it in practice, but hopefully there are groups of people out there that want and have the ability to create a way that will make the world better.Open Source Online Government
