Ramadhaan Struggles - what do you find hard?

feeling fatigue in ramadan deepeneds on your diet a lot, trust me. try this in ramadan this month: iftar: 3 dates, a drink. after 20 mns (pray maghrib etc) soup and try some protein and veggies. then when time for tarawih you'll feel better. Sehri: always have a banana (itll keep you hydrated the next day) and something light e.g. yogurt. thoroughly the day have plenty of water and eat what you like but limited if sugary. you'll feel inshallah much better this way Before starting you Namaaz I would advise you to come up with the Surah's you're going to pray for those rakaats. :) Ever since 2 years ago I stopped believing in religion all together. I'm not one if those ignorant anti theists, I see the beauty in religion but I just cant force myself to believe again. I have a very supportive and religious family whom I love very much but would never tell them as it would break then. I normally look forward to Ramadhan but this time it has been filled with negative thoughts and exasperated by the fact that Im hiding behind a lie in front of everyone. Its slowly killing me What is the ruling for brushing your teeth with toothpaste when fasting It's a struggle to pray Taraweeh and wake up for work and no coffee too, how can I keep myself awake? I find it hard to remember the order of Surahs in Namaaz, does anyone have a way to remember it?Ramadhaan Struggles - what do you find hard?
