Ok i know this is going to start a lot of controversy and i don't mean to offend anyone. i'm just curious.

Having feelings for someone of the same sex doesn't automatically make you bi or gay. No one is ever 100% straight so you can still be straight if you have feelings for people of the same sex a few times. Obviously if it is a common occurrence then I'd say the person is probably not straight. If someone is born with sexual feelings for only one gender, in what world is that a choice? It would be impossible to force true sexual feelings for the opposite gender, therefore there is no choice. The fact that you felt the need to supress your own feelings to feel comfortable with yourself is truly heartbreaking. You are not straight, you have had feelings for the same sex. chances are, you know a gay person, in fact they say 1 out of 10 people are gay. if you have over 10 relatives, there's a high possibility that at least one is gay. honestly though, labels are just stupid. They give people and excuse to discriminate against people that they think are "different". They say that 70% of a person's personality is genetics. Homosexuality may be passed down. No one would choose to be gay. People get put through a lot of shit because they are. I am not gay, that I can tell. Don't give it much thought. But a choice of being gay? Not necessarily, I don't personally know any gay people, unless they don't openly admit to it, but I would think that being gay would mean you naturally love the same sex, you can't really choose to love them, it just happens. Its whether or not you choose to acknowledge it. Of course thats just my thoughts, not sure if thats what gay people actually feel or not. I'm straight but i have had some feelings for the same sex. but i was able to overcome it. So for the gays who blame it on genes like this is how i was made. you can suppress these feelings too just like I did. that is if you choose to. So why do you say this is how I was made? Why can't you just say that this is what i chose? No offense to those who are gay. but i just see it as a choice. Ok i know this is going to start a lot of controversy and i don't mean to offend anyone. i'm just curious.
