In a volitional or modular economics system, taxes may be standardized for entertainment populations. If they can't afford entertainment, they opt out of the standardized tax. The tax serves as a standard IRS type taxation. I am all for fair tax. The question is, what is fair? Current system is far from fair, as billionaires pay less percent than their secretaries.
