How to slow down aging?

Time will age you no matter what you do just accept death with open arms Eating healthy of course and having healthy habits such as excercising regularly, don't smoke, drink moderately or better don't drink alcohol at all. There's a theory that says that the rate at wich we age is pre-programmed in our genes though. Being that the case, there's no much one can do to stop aging but living life fully. Irrational guide: [1] don't be athletic, [2] don't give up, [3] avoid sugar sometimes even when you want it, [4] eat as much secret vegetarian food as you can: the more obvious the label, the more you can avoid it. [A] secret food, [B] secret wish, [C] moderate strength, [D] long life Junk food sometimes includes moderate meat diets, FYIAs every nurse knows, small amounts of exercise do marvels for aging. Stressing out is not the point. Better to get a small amount in the long term than to be athletic and then give up and binge on junk food. Small amounts of straight V8 vegetable juice and occasional apples will compensate for a moderate amount of sugar in the diet, as long as you don't eat donuts or cake consistently, and as long as you get a certain amount of exercise. Eat cucumbers and yarrow water. This is compatible with a high carbohydrates diet. As long as you avoid large amounts of sugar (even gradually, if you have a good metabolism) you will find that you are motivated to live a long and purposeful life. Purpose is underrated in foods. There are real intellectual properties which are still optimal. It may be that the Yellow Emperor is only a valid reference to yarrow water. Carrot water is a good substitute if you do not find yarrow. If I am predetermined to live 100 years by eating 2,500 (25*100) calories by day that means that by eating 25*150 calories by day I will be living 50 years, or, if i eat 25*50 calories by day I will be living 150 years.

If I go thru this calculation in reverse I get different results:

If by eating 25*150 I live 50, by eating 25*100 I will live 66.7 years, or by eating 25*50 I will live 83.4 years.

Above theory needs clarification or correction! That's easy. Reduce your caloric intake. If you reduce it by 30% you will live 30% longer. [1] How to slow down aging?
Low calorie diet can help you live longer and healthier. [2]
