Progress of technology is always followed with changes in 'game' rules. Best way to fight hate groups is to ignore them. This is especially valid in virtual worlds. Virtual worlds have given hate a new name, hate groups that plan an attack on new members.
Most of these hater promote their self by trying to give their self a virtual makeover.
