Who says we can't ? A hundred dollar fine I just got!

You should learn how to run faster, or how not to get caught. I do it very often without getting fines. I would think you are incosiderate if I saw you pee in a park. The dog on the other hand, does not has as many options as we do.

I agree. Dogs are often curbed and leashed, so if someone wants to have 'freedoms' of a dog, maybe that person should also have few freedoms taken away, and be leashed, etc.

But why have dogs lost their freedoms at first place? Who gives us right to leash them. I know we have the power to do so, but should we misuse our powers?freedom is the ability to make and learn from your own actions, including mistakes.
