This is not true. To make lots of money online it only takes creativity, (and a bit of work, of course). For example, there are numerous young people who made money by making simple mobile phone applications, or internet games. Creating a scam requires time, thought, and work, so why not invest that time, thought, and work into something which is not scam? To make a decent amount of money online you have to be the scam artist, and not the guy that's getting scammed. The best ideas are always win-win. Earn money online
