People are distancing themselves more and more from the nature, and instead of seeing themselves as an integral part of it, they see nature more as an outside object.
Isn't nature "outside" of our bodies? Maybe more accurate would be saying that people see *themselves* as an outside object -- they are on the "other side" of nature. And that is the problem, because inevitably we are inside the nature.
