Stalin wons. Hitler was only an artist with funny hairstyle who can't even drive. Stalin killed more, did more damage on economy and science development, and had more beard. Stalin is the winner.Even so, it wasn't done out of altruism of his own heart.Hitler's charisma was natural and immediate, Stalin's was cultivated over a long period of time. Thoughts? British governments have been just as bad in many ways - for example millions of deaths in the famines around the world (India, Bengal..) caused by British governments under a punitive free market regime. [1] They both turned their ruined by wars and economically devastated countries into economic giants -- Hitler after the great depression, Stalin after the World War II. What's the point? Discovering who was less evil? Who also did some good besides evil? Stalin waged a campaign of genocide against Ukrainians in 1930-34 when five to seven million died.
Interestingly, Stalin also fought against Hitler, and arguably has saved millions who would be killed if Hitler didn't lose the war. Stalin killed between 11 and 43 million people who he thought might oppose him. His victims were also millions of infants and children who died from starvation caused by man-made famine.

Hitler planned the annihilation of whole categories of people, and murdered between 6 and 11 million people, including infants and children.
