Everyone has the right to an adequate standard of living.

I disagree. Everyone should have the opportunity to earn an adequate standard of living or receive help from family members. And the people that are dangers to society need to be kept away from everyone else or receive treatment. Their adequate standard of living is thus the prison system, which is food and shelter. I've had an idea for free housing... similar to publishing one's works under "Public Domain" license, one could make a real estate property with a new legal contract: Whomever lives there has the right to do so; no-one may charge nor pay money (or other forms of conditional exchange, e.g. requisite work-"trade") nor require such, for any individual to live there.
Further, all future owners must adhere to same legal contract.
(Other conditions could require one to be evicted, e.g. poor conduct.) Everyone has the right to a standard of living adequate for the health and well-being of himself and of his family, including food, clothing, housing and medical care and necessary social services, and the right to security in the event of unemployment, sickness, disability, widowhood, old age or other lack of livelihood in circumstances beyond his control. [1]Everyone has the right to an adequate standard of living.
