Diets that work.

Breakfast should contain lots of carbohydrates (grains...), and animal fats (butter, cheese...).

Meals should be 3 to 4 hours apart.

Don't ever consume soda and energy drinks, or snacks.

Don't combine proteins and carbohydrates for lunch or dinner.

Don't eat fruits and candies in the morning or in the evening, only in the afternoon.

Don't eat bread, noodles, and pasta in the evening. Eat them, as well as starch vegetables until 3pm.

Cow milk is forbidden, as well as vegetable fats. Diets that work.
