so now what?

I understand what depression is like and it lead me down a path of hatred. The world is a brutal place for people who are different but I feel its best that you harness the creativity that stems from depression and express it via art, music or something you like, people will forever tell you that its your lifestyle and that you need to change, but in reality that does nothing. Try to find others who society throws away, they're some of the best people i've met. Think about it and be yourself I think boredom is a culture-bound syndrome where ever you happen to live--I'd say get involved or find a passion. For me it is humanity, religion, etc. I mean we only get to live our reality once--so make the most of your experience here as this human creature :)[1] You should do several things: start a hobby that involves a physical activity as increased blood flow will affect your mood in a positive way. Find another hobby that involves interaction with other people (preferably new ones, not those you know) - join a club of some kind, go to a language course, or anything else that you were at least a bit interested in the past. If you can't find such activity, then consider participating in different kind of games - board games instead of computer ones. Im depressed and feel little or no emotion, dont worry about suicide I have a view on life that wont let me.

But what now? This might sound stupid but im not going to tell anyone I figure if they care they will notice. Only my ex-Step mom remembered my 16th birthday.. So what do I do in the meantime? Noy much Interests me but games, I do occasionally smoke weed with my only friend. Just want to hear your thoughts. Idc what kind negative ones are funny.so now what?
