There is no magic number, there simply is a point where you know it's too many. It's like with sand - a grain of sand is not a pile, nor are two grains of sand, nor three. But at one point you just simply see a pile of sand, and if you really care to count grains, you can do it. How many sexual partners is too much to accept in a partner?
