Wisdom is dependent on whichever historical lens we are viewing through. Nearly all leadership now depends on that ism, capitalism which follows a very specific historical lens and an ideology that could be considered combative of life.
So I guess my short answer is that someone who shows "true wisdom" and someone who shows "false wisdom" which is mediated by the times/context of society will really effect whether or not that statement is true. The more wisdom you demonstrate, the more leadership society gives you.
