Honestly it's only great if the guy really knows what he's doing and most - don't. Don't be afraid to speak up if it's uncomfortable. The guys I've ever know would rather hear "I want you in me" than "eat me out" if you're not feeling it. But for an honest go at it, try and relax and not think about anything but how it feels.
