I have dark secrets from my childhood - late teens that most definitely effected my everyday life and still does (I’m now in my 30s) I shared parts of my past with a close friend and also an ex bf but never told my husband. He’s not the easiest person to talk to, always just stares at me when I tell him I’m struggling with depression and anxiety. Somtimes I feel there’s no need for him to know but my depression is getting so bad I feel I need to tell him or someone before I crack.... Dark secrets... do I share with my husband?
