Aren't there well paid jobs in USA that are more safe? Why do Americans go to Iraq and Afghanistan? I guess because they need a well paid job! I assume they come for job opportunities and the possibility of a better lifestyle.Why do Mexicans come to America? Migration is normal and in the majority of cases necessary for the development of a country; it even contributes to have a healthy economy. Mexicans go to America because it represents an idea of a better life that otherwise is impossible to obtain in Mexico, mainly because of its corrupt government. Though it can be a problem for the country, legal immigration for covering those jobs American don't want to do is beneficial for both parties. I disagree that Mexicans are hard working. Americans work hard to support the illegal immigrants. In fact, I see more Mexicans hurting America than I see helping. Mexicans come here for free healthcare, free education and free life. I find them rude and lazy. I wish they would all migrate back to Mexico. I'm tired of supporting them. Americans don't want Mexicans here unless they pay taxes like the rest of us!! NO MORE FREE RIDES!!! GET OUT OF AMERICA NOW!! Even if they were what you just said, at least they are not murderers like Americans who kill innocent civilians all over the world, and do that just in order to make a bit more money serving the army than they would make working at McDonalds. People emigrate to America for the same reasons they always have, opportunity. Unfortunately nobody told the rest of the world that there are no opportunities for a better life in America. Hasn't been for about 20 years. If you don't want people from third world countries emigrating here tell them that all of our opportunities have relocated to China or India. People who migrate from Mexico are called illegal aliens by the Americans. Most people who migrate from Mexico move because of forced migration. However, some people migrate because of social problems or criminal offences. The crime rate for illegal immigrants is high as they don’t understand the laws.
Most of the people who cross the border to America illegally are uneducated people who do not earn enough to support their families. They move to the USA in hope of a better life there, although they may not get it. They will have to buy food and a house while they look for a job, and you wouldn’t know the language, which would limit your chances of getting a well paid job. You also might find it hard to make friends with people so different from you.
Higher paid jobs in the US, more secure jobs in the US, better health care in the US, higher GDP per capita in the US, less poverty in the US, higher adult literacy in the US (better education for children), higher life expectancy. I could go on, but it's fairly clear from a purely monetary and health point of view, the US is a better place to live. Perhaps the quality of life is better in Mexico, but there's not way of measuring that, so people tend to look at GDP/Health figures. no American wants to work in the field, bec uas ethaat includes physical labor. Americans may be lazier than MExicabs, who actually understand the importance of a dollar, and they make our lives eaiser. Cheap labor. Some Mexicans come to America because they believe what they see in Hollywood made movies. The difference is Mexicans are hard working and are not looking for well paid jobs, but for decent and honest jobs. They could make good money in Mexico, if they wanted to do any job. Mexico has millionaires and even billionaires. One of the richest people on Earth is a Mexican -- about as rich as Bill Gates. Maybe some Mexicans come to America so that they could go to Iraq and Afghanistan?
