Truth sets us free or makes us suffer?

The realisation causes suffering however if you are the only individual aware then you are the one who can make a difference which is what sets you free It is both. But It is your choice to live in ignorance (like the last person that commented [4662]), paranoia, or better yourself from such lie or deceit. The Truth is God's word, as He is holy. If the truth set's us free, and God is of totally truth, then in God's truth we can find complete and total freedom Freedom is truth. The truth of our existence. The past, present and future of this, our illusion of self. Pease don’t get me wrong, such freedom occurs when you can see clearly this adventure for what it truly is. Truth is our human balance. A harmony of delusion and acceptance that we sentient beings, are exactly what we are supposed to-be. That our logic & reason is not enough to understand love. Truth is all of this moment, suffering is always self induced. I know that most men — not only those considered clever, but even those who are very clever and capable of understanding most difficult scientific, mathematical, or philosophic, problems — can seldom discern even the simplest and most obvious truth if it be such as obliges them to admit the falsity of conclusions they have formed, perhaps with much difficulty — conclusions of which they are proud, which they have taught to others, and on which they have built their lives. While setting us free sometimes it makes us suffer.Truth sets us free or makes us suffer?
What is freedom to you?
