Is Hugo Chavez good for America?

Higher oil prices will be an additional incentive into greater investment in alternative and clean energies. This is good for America, and for every other country as globalization makes new technologies available to all. [1] If market wants to pay higher prices for any product, including oil, what is bad about that? Isn't capitalism at the core of America's values, and free market a fundamental requirement of capitalism? Free market strengthens healthy competition, and promotes quality. By being in healthy competition America will be better of, not worse. Therefore it is good for America. Hugo Chavez is good for America. Venezuela is a major producer of oil products. Hugo Chavez took control of privately run oil fields in his country and he wants to increase oil prices on the market. Since U.S. is importing significant amount of oil from Venezuela, higher oil prices are bad for United States of America. Everyone who fights for justice is good for America (more specifically its people), whether that person lives in USA or in some other country. Every person fighting for justice is good for every other person who likes justice. Justice is not in interest of only people and entities who are unjust, and for those Hugo Chavez is not good. Is Hugo Chavez good for America?
