Two of my half siblings actually had relationships with their second cousins. Although that is more distant than a first cousin , hopefully I can shed light on the subject. It is unhealthy if you started feeling intimate with him/her after you had established the family relationship. Falling out of love with someone is a trivial task and may take speration from the person to succeed. All I cas say is, if you take the relationship further, you'll have to consider the possibility of birth issues.How do I get out of loving my cousin?
