Exploring Flow - Does exercise really make you happy?

Instead of pulling up my mood, exercise seems to simply amplify my emotions. Heightened flow increases awareness of the present moment- but this borders on paranoia. Am I really picking up on subtle emotional cues or am I simply projecting my inner disquiet onto others? What If it is the former but I believe it is the latter and start quieting my conscience? What if it is the latter and I believe it the former and start living my paranoia? Which is worse?Exploring Flow - Does exercise really make you happy?
